Robert
H. Mnookin
Bob
Mnookin is Williston Professor of Law at Harvard Law School. He
is also director of the Harvard Negotiation Research Project and
chair of the steering committee for the program on negotiation.
He previously served on the law faculties of the University of
California at Berkeley and Stanford University, where he also
served as director of the Stanford Center on Conflict Resolution.
He has published extensively on the topic of conflict resolution
and has mediated a number of landmark commercial disputes. Readers
of Harmony are familiar with his groups work with
the San Francisco Symphony as published in the October 2001 issue.
Bob has also served as a consultant to the Boston Symphony Orchestra
concerning governance.
Bob holds an A.B. from Harvard College and an LL.B. from Harvard
Law School.
