Paul V. Boulian

Paul Boulian is a partner in Lodestar Associates, Inc., based in Connecticut. He has worked extensively in the areas of strategy, leadership, and team development, and has assisted in the implementation of broad-based and accelerated change processes for both corporate and nonprofit entities. In unionized settings, he has developed joint labor-management processes as key vehicles for guiding and leading improvement efforts. Since 1993, Paul has worked with symphony orchestra organizations to design and implement facilitated change processes.

He holds B.A., M.S., and M.B.A. degrees from the University of California at Irvine and a Ph.D. in organizational behavior from Yale University.
